Bittersweet beginnings!
Two champagne glasses.
2 oz Novo Fogo Barrel-Aged Cachaça
2 oz orange juice
1 oz Aperol
1 oz triple sec liqueur
1 oz brut champagne
Place first four ingredients in mixing glass filled with ice and shake. Strain into champagne glasses and top with champagne. Garnish with orange zest.
This might go well with brunch. Just sayin’.
