More Italian than this would require marinara sauce.


Cocktail glass, chilled.

2 oz Novo Fogo Barrel-Aged Cachaça
0.5 oz Tuaca vanilla citrus liqueur
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Place all ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel.


Dedicated to a Paulistano who does not like cachaça.
