Cocktail glass, chilled.
2 oz Novo Fogo Barrel-Aged Cachaça
0.5 oz lemon
0.5 oz lapsang souchong syrup
0.25 oz Trader Tiki Don’s Mix #2 (or Allspice dram)
1 dash Angostura
1 dash Peychaud's
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
To make the syrup, brew lapsang souchong tea and combine it with an equal volume of sugar.
