Novo Fogo is a bi-continental company operating in two regions of the Americas that are leaders in environmental stewardship: Seattle WA, USA (HQ) and Morretes PR, Brazil (distillery and cane plantation).

With sugarcane as the starting point, we make distilled spirits in Brazil and canned drinks in the USA. Our production process, from agriculture to bottling, is organic certified, in order to protect our workers from exposure to chemicals and to preserve the coastal rainforest terroir.
