Brazilian Highball

Highballs don't have to be boring: enliven yours with some tropical flavor!

  • 2 oz Novo Fogo Chameleon Cachaça
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup (add a couple dashes of real vanilla extract to your simple syrup of 1 part sugar dissolved in 1 part hot water)
  • 5 oz soda water

Pour everything into a highball glass, add ice, and garnish with an orange twist.
